General Information

The Dunn Loring Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department (DLVFRD) runs this gaming operation for your pleasure in an effort to raise funds for fire department operations. Likewise, the Dunn Loring Ladies Auxiliary operates our kitchen for your enjoyment to raise funds in support of the fire department. All personnel are volunteers and are not compensated for their efforts. We sincerely thank you for your continued support.

• Our doors open at 5:00 pm, and our Early Bird games begin at 7:00 pm. Regular games follow Early Birds and a 10-minute break.
• DLVFRD reserves the right to reduce all prizes if attendance falls below 100 players.
• Additional Jr. Jackpot, Sr. Jackpot, and Winner Take All games will be sold on the floor.

House Rules

• There is no smoking in the facility, including the restrooms. Violators will be asked to leave.
• You must have a valid admission ticket for the current session, completely filled out with your name, address and zip code, to be seated in the bingo hall or to play instant bingo.
• You must be at least 16 years old to play bingo. If you are younger than 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the bingo hall.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have an admission ticket for the same date to purchase pull-tabs. DLVFRD reserves the right to ask for identification.
• Instant bingo winning tickets will only be redeemed on the night they are played. Seal card winning tickets must be paid within 30 days of opening the seal. If the winnings are not collected, the prize money will become bingo proceeds for DLVFRD.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to yell “bingo” loud enough to be heard by the caller or otherwise signal the caller. The caller will then stop the game to verify the winning card. Please try to hold your hand up, so you can be noticed.
• You must have the last number called to win bingo. No winner will be recognized after another number has been called or the balls have been dropped into the bingo machine.
• Bingo balls placed on the caller’s table are the official game numbers. The monitors and flashboards are for the customer’s convenience only.
• Winners of prizes valued at $500 or more must be willing, upon request, to show a valid ID, provide their Social Security Number, and be willing to sign all required Federal tax forms.
• The bingo crew leader will settle all disputes. His or her decision is final. Anyone arguing with another customer or worker, or causing a disturbance may be asked to leave the hall.
• DLVFRD reserves the right to deny admission or request that a customer leave the premises.
